PURCHASE PROCESS
If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the search engine by typing the product name or reference.
You can also explore through the Catalog section, located at the top left. Utilize the various filters provided to refine your search and easily find what you need.
When you find the desired item, click on its name or image to access the product page. Here, you will find all the necessary information including the product description, images, technical sheets, and more.
To add a product to your cart, specify the desired quantity and press the "Add" button. You can do this from either the catalog page or the product page.
Once you have placed your order and received the invoice via email, any additional items you wish to purchase can be added in a new order.
If you need to cancel an order BEFORE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, simply send an email or call your sales manager for a quick cancellation.
To confirm your order and begin preparation, our sales department will contact you to arrange payment. Please note that we reserve the order for 48 hours. If payment is not made within this period, we reserve the right to allocate the materials to other clients.
The products are priced according to our price list at the time of order confirmation and acceptance. Prices may change without prior notice; however, the prices for orders that have been placed and confirmed will always be honored.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Log in to your customer account and browse our online catalog. Each product page will indicate its current stock availability status.
If the item you're looking for is currently unavailable and you wish to pre-order it, please click on 'Notify Me When Available' and enter your email address. We will receive your request and endeavor to restock the items you are looking for as soon as possible.
PAYMENT
We provide a variety of payment methods to cater to your convenience:
- Bank Transfer: Securely transfer funds directly from your bank account.
- Cash on Delivery: Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
- Cryptocurrency: Make payments using digital currencies for added flexibility and security.
These options ensure you can choose the method that best suits your needs.
SHIPPING
We utilize Grab, bus transfers, and express delivery services directly from Bangkok to your address.
For pre-orders and wholesale orders, we use air cargo, sea freight, and inland shipping to provide the best option for your needs.
Delivery times vary based on your location and the warehouse from which we ship your goods. Orders processed in Bangkok can typically be delivered within a few hours. For other cities in Thailand, Laos, or Vietnam, delivery may take 1-5 business days. Specific delivery details will be included in your confirmation email or provided by our sales representative.
