We are a wholesale and retail distributor of fertilisers, plant nutrients, growing media and cultivation equipment. We sell and deliver within the Kingdom of Thailand only.

2. Using this website

Using this website means you accept this notice in the version published at the time you visit it, together with any particular conditions that apply to a specific service. Where this notice and our Terms of Service differ on anything to do with buying goods, the Terms of Service govern the sale.

3. Who may use this website

This website is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. If you are under 18, please do not place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 — see our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The structure, design, text, photographs, graphics and source code of this website belong to AZ Grow Co., Ltd. or to our suppliers and licensors, and are protected by Thai copyright and trade mark law.

You may read, print and save pages for your own use — including to show a colleague, to compare products, or to keep a record of a purchase. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Manufacturer names, brand names and logos shown on this website — Grotek, Dynaroot, Hortiflor, Advanced Nutrients, BioBizz, FloraFlex, Pelemix and others — belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we distribute.

5. Accuracy of the information here

We take care to keep product descriptions, specifications, prices and stock levels correct and current, and we correct errors as soon as we find them. If you spot something wrong, tell us at info@azgrowshop.asia and we will fix it.

Product information supplied by a manufacturer is reproduced as the manufacturer publishes it. Where a manufacturer's own material and our description differ, follow the label and instructions that come with the product.

If a price on this website is wrong because of a technical or human error, we do not cancel your order on the spot. We contact you, tell you the correct price, and you choose whether to proceed at that price or cancel and be refunded in full. This is clause 4.3 of our Terms of Service.

6. Changes to this website

We may change, add to, or temporarily suspend parts of this website — its layout, its technical specifications, and the services it offers. Where a change affects an order you have already placed, it does not apply to that order: the terms that govern your purchase are the ones published when you placed it.

7. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but maintenance, repairs, upgrades and events outside our control can interrupt it. We will keep any planned downtime as short as we can and, where we can foresee it, we will say so on the site. An interruption does not affect an order you have already placed and paid for.

8. Links to other websites

Where we link to another website — a manufacturer's page, a technical datasheet, a government resource — the link is for information. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what is on them, and a link does not mean any commercial relationship between us and whoever runs them.

10. Products, permits and lawful use

Our products are fertilisers, plant nutrients, growing media and cultivation equipment. They are sold for lawful agricultural and horticultural use in Thailand.

Use every product as the manufacturer's label and instructions direct. You are responsible for holding whatever permit, licence or authorisation Thai law requires for the crop you grow and for the way you grow it. We do not advise on what you may lawfully cultivate, and nothing on this website is permission, advice or encouragement to grow anything you are not licensed to grow.

11. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking a contract with you, or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow us to — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the Product Liability Act B.E. 2551 (2008), and for your rights under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and the Direct Sale and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545 (2002).

We are not responsible for loss caused by an event outside our reasonable control that we could not have avoided. Where such an event affects your order, clause 15.3 of our Terms of Service applies and you may cancel and be refunded in full.

Email info@azgrowshop.asia or call +66 62 321 7355. We acknowledge within 1 business day and give you an answer or a clear next step within 7 business days. Our complaints page sets out the procedure and the external authorities you can go to — the Office of the Consumer Protection Board on 1166, the Department of Agriculture on 1174, and the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee for personal data matters.

13. Governing law and language

Thai law governs this notice and the Thai courts have jurisdiction. This notice is published in English, Thai and Vietnamese; if the versions differ, the Thai version governs.
