The buyer is the person or company named in the order. Your name, telephone number, email address and delivery address as entered at checkout are recorded as the buyer's particulars, and they appear on your order confirmation and on the delivery document that travels with your goods.

We sell and deliver within the Kingdom of Thailand only.

2. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.

3. How the contract is made, and the date of purchase

  1. You place the order on the website. We immediately send you an automated order confirmation by email. That email records your date of purchase and lists what you ordered, the price of each item, the total for the goods, and the delivery address.
  2. The order confirmation records that we have received your order. The contract of sale is formed when we confirm that we accept it and that the goods are available — normally in the same email, or in a follow-up message within one business day if we need to check stock.
  3. If we cannot accept your order, we tell you why and refund in full anything you have already paid, within 15 days.

4. Prices, VAT and charges

  1. Every price shown on the website is in Thai Baht and is the final price you pay for the goods. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, handling charges or service charges of any kind.
  2. Delivery cost. Delivery is arranged after you place your order. We contact you with the available delivery options and the cost, and we do not dispatch until you have agreed that cost. You are never charged for delivery without having agreed the amount first. If you do not want to proceed once you know the delivery cost, tell us and we cancel the order and refund you in full.
  3. VAT. Under Section 81(1)(ค) of the Revenue Code the sale of fertiliser is exempt from VAT, and under Section 81(1)(จ) the sale of chemical products used on plants for nourishing, preventing, destroying or eliminating pests or plant disease is exempt. Those products are sold to you VAT-exempt. Other products — hydroponic equipment, growing media, measuring instruments and meters, tools and accessories — carry VAT at 7%, and for those the price shown already includes the VAT.
  4. If a price on the website is wrong because of a technical or human error, we do not simply cancel your order. We contact you using the details you gave, tell you the correct price, and you choose whether to proceed at the correct price or cancel and be refunded in full.

5. Payment

  1. We are paid by bank deposit / bank transfer to our Siam Commercial Bank account. The account details are shown on the checkout page and repeated in your order confirmation email.
  2. Send us the transfer slip by email or on any of our messaging channels, quoting your order number.
  3. Your payment window is 3 business days from the date of purchase. If we have not received the money within that time we contact you once; if there is still no payment, the order is cancelled and nothing is owed by either side.
  4. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and we never ask you for card numbers, CVV codes or online banking passwords. If anyone asks you for those in our name, it is not us — tell us at info@azgrowshop.asia.
  5. Goods remain our property until we have received payment in full.

6. Receipt and tax invoice

  1. AZ Grow Co., Ltd. is registered for VAT in Thailand under registration number 0115567030010. You receive a receipt for every order.
  2. If you need a full-form tax invoice (ใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูป), tell us at checkout and give us your 13-digit taxpayer identification number, the registered address that goes on the invoice, and whether it is for your head office (สำนักงานใหญ่) or a branch (สาขา) with the branch number. Section 86/4 of the Revenue Code requires those particulars on the document, so we cannot issue one without them.
  3. Ask for the tax invoice at the time of the order. We cannot reissue an invoice for a past order into a different name or a different tax number.

7. Delivery

  1. Method. Goods are dispatched by the transport or courier company agreed with you under clause 4.2, to the delivery address you gave.
  2. Date of delivery. When we agree the delivery option with you we tell you the expected delivery date. When we dispatch, we email you the tracking number so you can follow the parcel.
  3. Address changes. Tell us before we dispatch and we will change the address at no cost. Once the parcel is with the carrier we can only ask them to redirect it, and we cannot promise they will.
  4. Failed delivery. If your order has not arrived by the expected date, email info@azgrowshop.asia with your order number. We chase the carrier, and if the parcel is lost we replace the goods or refund you in full — your choice.
  5. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you authorised to receive them, not before.

8. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL WITHIN 7 DAYS

⚠ YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS, FOR ANY REASON, AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

This is your right under Section 33 of the Direct Sale and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545. You do not have to give us a reason.

How to cancel: send us written notice within 7 days of the day you received the goods — email to info@azgrowshop.asia, or a message on LINE, WhatsApp or Telegram, or a letter to the address in clause 1. Quote your order number. The date of your notice is what counts, not the date we read it.

We will refund you in full within 15 days of receiving your notice, as Section 36 of that Act requires.

9. Returning the goods after you cancel

  1. Keep the goods in reasonable condition and return them to us. Repack them in the original packaging where you still have it.
  2. Email us and we tell you the return address and give you a return reference. Send the goods within 21 days of your cancellation notice.
  3. Who pays the return postage. If you cancelled simply because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the goods were faulty, damaged, not what you ordered, or not as we described them, we pay — send us the postage receipt and we add it to your refund.
  4. Until the goods reach us they are your responsibility, so use a trackable service and keep the receipt.
  5. Your refund under clause 8 is not conditional on us receiving the goods first — the 15-day deadline runs from your notice.

10. Refunds

  1. Refunds go back to the bank account the payment came from, or to another account you nominate in writing.
  2. The refund covers the price you paid for the goods and any delivery charge you paid us. Where clause 9.3 puts the return postage on us, that is refunded too.
  3. Time limit: 15 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
  4. We do not deduct any restocking fee, handling fee or administrative charge.

11. Faulty, damaged, wrong or missing goods

  1. Check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, wrong or missing, tell us within 7 days of receipt at info@azgrowshop.asia with your order number, a short description, and a photograph of the item and of the packaging. Photographs let us claim against the carrier and get you sorted quickly — if you cannot photograph something, tell us and we will find another way. We do not refuse a claim only for want of a photograph.
  2. Where the fault is confirmed, you choose: a replacement, a repair, or a full refund including all delivery costs. We arrange and pay for the return at our cost.
  3. If we send a replacement, we send it as soon as the item is in stock and we tell you the date. If it will not be in stock within 14 days, you can switch to a refund.
  4. This clause does not restrict your rights at law, including your right to cancel under clause 8 and your rights under the Product Liability Act B.E. 2551 (2008). Where the law gives you more than this clause, the law applies.

12. Manufacturer's warranty

Where a manufacturer gives a warranty on a product, the warranty terms and its length are stated on that product's page and the warranty document travels with the goods. We handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer for you; you do not have to deal with them yourself. A manufacturer's warranty is in addition to your rights under clauses 8 and 11, not instead of them.

13. Exchanges

If you want a different product, tell us within the 7-day period in clause 8. We will either exchange it directly — you pay or we refund any price difference — or refund you so you can reorder, whichever you prefer.

14. Availability and substitution

  1. Prices and stock levels shown on the website are kept as accurate as we can, but an item can sell out between your order and our confirmation.
  2. If something is out of stock we contact you and you choose: wait for it, take a substitute we suggest, remove it from the order, or cancel the whole order and be refunded. We never substitute a different product, remove a line, or hold your order back without asking you first.

15. Our responsibility to you

  1. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill.
  2. We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the Product Liability Act B.E. 2551, and for your rights under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and the Direct Sale and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545.
  3. We are not responsible for loss caused by something outside our reasonable control that we could not have avoided — a natural disaster, a strike, a carrier's failure we could not foresee, or a government order — but if such an event delays your order, we tell you and you may cancel and be refunded in full.
  4. If you buy as a business rather than as a consumer, our liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated saving is limited to the price of the goods concerned.

16. Using the products safely and lawfully

Our products are fertilisers, plant nutrients, growing media and cultivation equipment. Use them as the manufacturer's label and instructions say. You are responsible for holding whatever permit or licence Thai law requires for the crop you grow. We do not advise on what you may lawfully cultivate, and nothing on this website is permission or encouragement to grow anything you are not licensed to grow.

17. Our website and its content

The text, photographs, layout, design and code of azgrowshop.asia belong to us or to our suppliers. You may read, print and save pages for your own use, including to show a colleague or to keep a record of your purchase. You may not copy or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

18. Complaints

Email info@azgrowshop.asia or call +66 62 321 7355. We acknowledge every complaint within 1 business day and give you an answer or a clear next step within 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you can go to:

  • Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB / สคบ.) — hotline 1166
  • Department of Agriculture (กรมวิชาการเกษตร) — hotline 1174, for anything about fertiliser or agricultural chemical products
  • Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) — for personal data matters

19. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, and we keep the date at the top of this page current. A change never applies retrospectively to an order already made.

20. Governing law and language

Thai law governs this contract, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction. These terms are published in English, Thai and Vietnamese; if the versions differ, the Thai version governs.
